Jeanie was so nice to work with in trying to help me get my meds transferred from my old pharmacy which is a mess. I do not encounter any problems I have had at my old pharmacy. I asked the cashier, Tisha, that was there at the time, if they can take returns from Big Lots from a different store than where I purchased. Tish said yes. She made doing a return simple.
