Was told that my husband and I would get our refund back of only $25 with no problems as long as we gave them a 2 week notice of when we would be moving our belongings out of the storage unit. On November 12th I call to let them know that me and my husband will no longer be using the unit by December 1st and she informs me she would be mailing our deposit, which I thought was odd because I was not told beforehand. Then I get a check in the mail for $21.91... I was never once late, didn't leave the unit of any debri and gave them more than 2 week's notice. I understand it's only $3.09 but it's the principle of it all..

Rented a U-Haul trailer from this facility, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Our time to pick up was at 10am. We waited 30 minutes and no one was around. We had to cancel our reservation and it completely screwed us over. We kept calling and no answer. I cannot even describe how livid we are right now. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

The location I rent was indoors. Somehow water got into my unit and damaged a lot of my furniture and items. The manager on site said that shouldn't have happened and gave no explanation as to how it could. He suggested I email them to file a claim. When I tried contacting them on 3 different occasions I got no response. I ended up having to replace several pieces of furniture costing me thousands. Awful customer care.
