“They did a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle for me while I was out of town. Took pictures and sent a document with everything they checked and test drove it. They did miss two things that are wrong with it. That being one of the electronic seats does not lean all the way back up and stops early. The other being the push to start button is missing. These are excusable as it would require complete knowledge of the vehicle to know the ignition can be turned with the key but also uses a push to start button on the ignition that pops off to use the key if needed. Fantastic communication, speed, and work.”
“I had an incredibly positive experience having my Jeep Wrangler repaired by Gary James, owner of Preferred Dent Repair. I stopped by Gary’s shop a few days before he was leaving to go out of state for a short time to perform repairs on vehicles that suffered storm damage, but he was willing to help me despite the time crunch. My Jeep had a notorious dent where the door slammed into the body near the windshield when I lost the handle due to a wind gust. Gary was very honest in that he was not sure that he could do the repair without damaging the paint, which I thought to be a remarkable statement since my hood was almost completely stripped of clear coat due to sun damage. He repaired the dent to perfection, but due to the age of the paint, as he predicted, the paint cracked almost unnoticeably where the dent was located, due to its age and condition. Nevertheless, Gary insisted that he would only charge me half price of what was quoted. If you have dents in your vehicle that you would like to have taken out by this technique, I cannot recommend a business more highly. Gary is honest, has integrity, is fair, is highly skilled, and is good natured person. He will not take on a job unless he is confident in his ability to get good results.”
“I came in today 9/6/2024 due to a low hanging exhaust on my challenger....was in and out within 15 minutes of the shop pulling the car in and only took them about 5 minutes to fix my issue...The best part was I WASENT EVEN CHARGED. Thank you for taking the time to care for my car.”

“My husband and I live in Louisiana and have been searching all over the country for the exact car we had in mind for approximately 2 months. We were in contact with numerous dealership salespeople and have dealt with a lot of deceiving information from every last one of them until we called Jeff Wyler Acura dealership where they had advertised the exact car we were looking for. Thank goodness Tyler was the one we got in touch with there! He was so accommodating, nice and upfront about everything we discussed, and never once tried to deceive us about any aspect of the car and buying process. We were a little, well a lot, suspicious of salespeople due to our prior dealings, so poor Tyler dealt with our extreme skepticism like a pro and earned our total respect and felt comfortable enough to make the deal happen all done over the phone. We flew to Dayton, Ohio from Louisiana to complete the deal and drove the car back home. The deal was conducted very smoothly thanks to both Tyler and Michael in their finance department. Michael was careful not to push anything on us and only gently explained our options and discussed those options with us at length to make sure we understood them. Tyler and Michael are, by far, the best salesperson/finance processor we have ever encountered! I just wish the rest of the dealerships around the country had employees like these guys. They are the exception to the saying about how buying a car could be a nightmare (or something like that.) I'm just so grateful that I had a most enjoyable experience purchasing our beautiful 2023 Infiniti QX60. We still are in awe of everything about this whole unconventional purchase.”

“BJ is one groovy old dude. He is very knowledgeable. We had a 2007 dodge charger with 130k miles that has been breaking down on us every other month for about a year now. It has been very mentally exhausting.We took the charger in yesterday to BJ's to get it looked at as it broke down on us again. BJ called us back the very next day and let us know everything that was wrong with the car. He was very quick. He gave us his opinion and let us know how much it'll cost to get everything fixed. The amount of money we would be spending on getting our car fixed would basically be a down payment on a new car. My boyfriend finally decided to go shopping and look around for a brand new vehicle with this information. Thanks for everything, BJ.
