We switched to Waste Management months ago after having VERY disappointing and inconsistent service from 2 other providers. We have been more than happy not only with our service pick up but also with customer service. Our service has been on time and consistent. The 1 time it was delayed we were notified and it was picked up quickly thereafter.

At least Waste Management comes every week to pickup my trash unlike Kimble Trash Company where they did not even pickup my trash .They where couple weeks like that .Then when you call customer service they told me it was already picked up or it was not out there .

It is absolutely impossible to talk to anyone! I have been calling for weeks trying to talk to someone to cancel my service and I just sit on hold for hours. And you can't cancel it online. Absolutely ridiculous

Trashy company (pun intended). After being a customer, less than six months, the company has decided to no longer service our area. They had no problem taking our money, but they’ve decided not to service our community any longer. They charge more than everybody else. And when they skip your pick up, they do not come back to correct their error. Instead, you have to wait until the following week with no credit unless you call and complain. Stay away from waste management. You can get cheaper and better service somewhere else.

Very expensive, twice as much as Kimble. Lady was rude and couldn't explain the cost breakdown before or after. Just how much it was.She said 60 a ton with a 3 ton minimum. I had 1.5 ton and somehow the bill was 280.Crooks.
