Tried to sell me 20 lugnuts I didn't need. Said they were all swelled, that they were 19mm an socket no longer fit. The lugnuts on the car are actually 3/4", which is larger than 19mm. Any mechanic would know this. 2nd problem was he told me I needed a rear alignment causing tire wear. After aligning found that the tie rod ends were wore out. Wanted to charge me for a second alignment after parts were replaced. Any good mechanic would have checked for worn suspension parts before aligning.

Had my Honda serviced here recently. I highly recommend this garage it is clean, professional, and the staff is hands down the best in town. I've never been treated better by a garage and my minivan is running excellent. Had every issue thoroughly explained before and after servicing. Roger and his team are the best in town.

I want to give my sincere appreciation and thanks to Kelley at Ruegg Brothers Service & Towing in Waynesburg. I got a flat tire on my way out of Waynesburg and Kelley said to bring it right in. She was able to order me 4 Goodyear tires that were delivered the next day and let me know about the coupons and rebates available with Goodyear. The tires are top of the line, ride better than the older ones and she also called to tell me my car was due for an oil change. All of this was handled by the time I picked it up the next day! She goes out of the way to help her customers, she is knowledgeable, responsive and very professional! Thank goodness that Kelley was working yesterday morning and helped me out so much. Highly recommend, 5-star this business!
