“The night shift manager” around 3:40am loudly asked me if I was deaf because she assumed I didn’t greet her back when coming into the store.
When I asked for her name when the other employee rang me out I let her know I am indeed partially deaf; Immediately she told me she had every right to ask me if I was deaf because I didn’t answer her , and that I was in the wrong.”

“I think CVS has some great deals at times, especially if you have a rewards card.
However, I've noticed there's a pharmacist that seems to care less about privacy or being cordial.
I stopped in to get things like coconut water, and personal hygiene items, and I know when he's working because I can hear him very loudly ask patrons their names and birth dates, and at times things that should not be announced so loud they can be heard from the front of the store where the cold drinks are.
So I've concluded that either he's hard of hearing, or just being an impersonal, aggressive toned individual.

“Brian from Genoa Pharmacy personally delivered my antibiotics and cough syrup to Hartville when I had bronchitis since I don't have a car - He and his team go above and beyond to help me navigate all my meds from all my different doctors, they always take their time patiently answering all of my questions - fantastic team and great pharmacy!”
