First time dealing with this dealership. Started out with an online inquiry. I was shopping 3 different places. All with the same vehicle. Another one had a better price but they beat them here and after looking it over this one had better options too.
It was my salesman’s (Devin Gragg) 2nd day on the job! I became his first sale! He was very patient with me while I was trying to make up my mind. Totally understood where I was coming from.
I love my Bronco Sport Outer banks!
Now my fiends and I are going to start a “gang” :)

Called in and ordered parts for my F550 work truck (second ford truck in my business now) came in the next morning to pick them up and stood at the parts counter 10-15 mins rang the bell twice and nobody came. Bad service

They always keep me informed of what’s going on and discuss things that need fixed before doing anything. I always feel that they have my best interests in their heart and treat me ie a VIP. The service team is top notch, they’d would be hard to beat. The sales folks always greet you with a smile and assist in anything you might need.
