Not too bad. Their prices used to beat Walmart, but nowadays, they are a good bit higher than Walmart prices.

One of the worst grocery stores I've ever been to. Price gouging poor communities is wrong, have found old meat relabeled with a different date, produce never looks very good and they expect us to check out our own items often. Nope. Never again.

The place is pretty clean for the most part, and the workers are polite and helpful for the most part. You may talk to a worker there every once in a while who doesn't want to be there at all but that's any store you go to. As far as the prices in the store are higher on everything. I would say everything in the store is at least 1$ or 2$ more than Walmart, but unlike Walmart, they do keep things stocked up pretty well.

very nice staff..pretty good selection overall..the management screwed up the parking lot with pick up lanes..and cut the basket area by 80 percent..I hope they make millions more now

Great customer service. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, etc.
Good variety of items. Great store to buy quality food at a reasonable price compared to all other grocery stores. Clean, well stocked. The all around best store in the area to purchase all types of groceries.

Poor customer service...rude people... Never even got a check.. got my w2's first.. I after working in the deli for 6 months.. oh ya.. they have a roach problem also

No issues, self check out is easy, Dale is very friendly, if you take advantage of sales, prices are reasonable

Worst pharmacy! Chillicothe didn’t have the medication I needed so I called Waverley pharmacy in advance if they had it. They said they did. Drove there, waiting an hr and then they proceeded to tell me I needed to pick my meds up from chillicothe kroger, when I explained I called them, they then told me to wait 20 minutes. After waiting 20 min they told me the system showed they had my medication but they actually didn't end up having it. I drove back home, after a couple of hours I got a call saying they actually did have that medication. Hours of waiting and driving here and there all when I don't feel good at all

A guy stopped me at the door at 950 said couldnt let anyone in. I turned around and then a woman in her 40s walks up. He tries the same thing with her. She says no u dont close till 10 ill call ur manager . He moves aside and lets her in, i walk back n go hey u let her in so let me in. He says he will get in trouble. Definitely just using ur competition forever walmart for life cause kroger is worse than bad.
