Google says they close at 8pm. Apparently this CVS runs on their own time because I rolled up at 7:30 and they were closed, or at least closing up. Lights on, one car in the parking lot, but doors wouldn't open.

(NOTE: This store is in Mobile, Alabama ---not in Waverly which your system has posted).For the first time since this store opened, I had exceptional service from SHANNON! Because of his commitment to exceptional customer service I will return.\n In December 2019, shortly after the store opened, we drove through the pharmacy line and were horribly treated by the pharmacist. I had just left the hospital following major Orthopedic surgery and she would not fill Dr. Mark Perry's script for Hydrocodone. So, my friend, Dr. Ron Allison, who picked me up, said he would write a script for me. The pharmacist went off the rails and said she was going to report him for writing scripts for friends or family ---and she indeed reported him. Because of that one incident, my scripts are filled elsewhere, even though I am covered by AETNA. The store is only a two minute drive from my house, so I really wanted to have scripts covered there. I could not drive for six months and wanted my friends to not have to travel far to pick up my meds. It really was and is a shame. Shannon helped me find Vitamin D3 5000 units which I desperately need for several reasons for anemia. So because of Shannon, I will shop in the front of the store.\n I tried reporting that pharmacist to the regional manager but he really didn't care. I was not well enough to report her to governing and licensing boards. But I am thankful to sing praises for Shannon ?

My CVS store is amazing! Windi, Chris and Melissa in pharmacy and the rest of the team are truly great people and great at their jobs! The store is always clean, well stocked and everyone is friendly and helpful! We love our local CVS!

Cvs waverly Charlotte Nc the pharmacist was the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever been “helped” by. I came to get my prescription first they told me the doctor never sent it when I called my doctor they said the cvs accepted it over 20 min before I got there then they told me I would have to wait I waited for almost an hour for them to then tell me they don’t have it and then they said they never had the prescription and that I have to find “any other cvs in the world” his words to look for it he was being very rude to me and my teen daughter and I believe it was an act of racism as he would treat every other white customer with a smile and to us it was just slick back hand comment , rude sarcasm, and just start ignorance as he would ignore us and refuse to help It was only once I called my doctor put him on the phone and they said they did send the prescription did he start to “try to “help” cvs don’t need these kind of rude employees especially when someone just wants to get their medication after feeling sick and terrible all day. This is a picture of the employee attached I believe his name was DR. Araon I am not sure as his badge was old and missing some letters

I don't usually use CVS Pharmacy but had to today as my doctor made a mistake and my regular pharmacy had closed by the time he corrected his problem. I can only get out for appointments and such on Thursdays, usually but today nothing went as planned. I have agoraphobia, adhd and Autism. My doctor is taking me off of a medication that is causing negative effects and starting a new one that I've never taken before. I'm already out of my element being out on an unscheduled

These are the most unprofessional store ever! They are rude and snotty to their customers back in the pharmacy . Never once told their customers that they close at 7 pm. Even though I have called up here all day they kept on saying my scripts wasn’t ready knowing they had them since 1pm today!!! Something needs to be done with there professionalism. Their back their working but say oh come back tomorrow we’re closed. WHAT A JOKE. We’re talking about antibiotics not narcotics!

The doctor and nurses are very nice and helpful. They got my prescription real quick and they dont mind even when it’s almost their closing time. They asked if we have insurance but we don’t have one so they still tried to get some discount for us. Thank you so much for your help, I appreciated.

After having drive 45 minutes, being asked to circle circle the drive thru multiple times and wasting 40 more minutes, I got the covid test for my daughter... in my name. This was needed for school, yet the lady at the window wanted me to get the results under my name. Absolutely incompetent. Don't get your mess here, they would probably give you the wrong thing.

My parents are older and don’t use technology. They went here and got a covid test on 3/12. Today is 3/16, I called cvs and was sent around a circle and finally got through. Turned out they’re positive and no one notified them. So thank you for putting our community at risk, my family at risk and not doing due diligence with your testing and results.
