Horrible service.. Took almost 6 hours and my hair turned out awful and still made me pay and didn't offer any kind of discount or nothing!! The hair dye was on my hair for over 2 hours plus put in the hair heater for 20 mins. When I came back and sat down from the first dye part(dye was put on twice) my hair was falling out in clumps and she had me brush it by myself and kept telling me to go easy on my ends because of course the ends were just falling off. I almost broke down right there...but then I seen how long she was cutting my hair for(over an hour) and she was acting like she couldn't get it right and finally just stopped cutting and said it could be finished later. She said quite a few things like "I know I'm not happy with it, so I know you're not happy with it. Kept saying "I seen this on YouTube, let's try it!!" AND...."I'm sorry I can only cut on your hair for another minute because I gotta get to my show, you can come back Tuesday and I'll finish it." but I went to Demi Teeters and got it fixed and omg it looks a million times better!! The whole time I was there her husband kept coming back to pick her up and I felt bad the WHOLE time I was getting my hair done, like I was causing a problem from being there. I just felt rushed and not a good feeling at all. I liked her at first and we talked a lot, but when she didn't offer anything to me, it didn't set right with me. Because any other time I've had my hair done and it didn't turn out right I got a refund or something. If you want a great hair stylist, go to Demi Teeters!! I will NEVER go to anyone else but her!! I put some pictures of my hair that was done by creative design. Those speak for themselves alone... My hair is one of the most important things to me so I was devastated..

I've never had a complaint about this salon. I've had many hair salons butcher my hair but they have not! Tammy is one of the kindest and respectful beauticians I have dealt with! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hair salon experience.
