I liked it at first and then the service went downhill. They switched to auto pay and I have been trying to pay them but it is a different amount than on the invoice. I can't get any help with this although I have left several messages with no return call. If they sell my stuff, I'm going to be irate because I can't seem to get anyone from that company to return my call.

GREAT place to rent a 24 hour access storage unit from. Friendly Stagg. Stored items for over a year without a problem.

They were the most affordable unit in town, we stored for a little over a year, without problems. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

All of our belonging was in one of there storage units for about a year. Everything is now covered in mold and water damage.
