I accidentally made a simple mistake when I visited. It didn’t affect anyone and all they had to do was tell me to come back another time. One particular older woman at the front desk was very rude about it. When I come back, I will not be doing my business here.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! They have LOST TWO VERY IMPORTANT pieces of our mail! Recently my sons W2!!!!I know this because I subscribe to informed delivery and it showed it was coming....but NEVER CAME!!! and THEY DONT CARE! I live on N, Ottokee street by the way!..UPDATE: well a week later and no return.Suprise,suprise.I want to write things that would be redacted is how BAD they are.

Apparently it is a requirement to be rude and unhelpful to work at the post office. I'm so sick of dealing with attitudes when I'm just trying to mail a package and I'm in a good mood, friendly, and then I'm leaving mad and it's not okay. There's no reason for it.

Ordered a rug through Amazon. It was being shipped via USPS from Illinois. It sat for several days at the Wauseon post office. Then today it made its way to Detroit. But the thing is, I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana! It's going the wrong way! Apparently, the postal workers here can't read!

If I could I would not give any stars. The older woman with with lighter hair blonde/light brown is very rude, not friendly, not helpful. I recommend the Delta USPS.
