U Lock has quality & safe storage units. The rental process was straightforward and easy to process. The checkout process was just as simple. I would rent again.

THIEVES , Had my unit broken into right thru their "unpickable" lock right along with an additional padlock !!! Found out this particular facility has a history of break ins !! All this fencing and barbed wire along with their so called "security cameras" is strictly just for show when you leave the gate wide open all night ! Owners very unsympathetic and uncooperative with law enforcement ! Only recourse is legal action , monetary value of items stolen exceeds 4000.00. Only to find in fine print in contract that you are supposed to get special permission from owners before you store anything of value over 2000.00 . So people , for crying out loud , READ your fine print in your lousy contract , don't just click OK with these people! And yes they have a lousy way of dealing with their customers ! Find somebody else to use , there are other choices !!!!

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude! Praying they are not like that with everyone.I rented from them years ago, but I just keep hearing more bad things about them around town. I just want to warn people what they will be dealing with.Good luck ?

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! Let me say I'm sure it's not easy thing to do is manage a storage facility. Like I get that but with that being said do NOT store your stuff here. It is impossible to cancel your account. I have been out of the unit for months and I continue to get billed. I have to literally cancel my card so they stop stealing my money. Also after I got everything moved out they decided to slap another 10 dollar cleaning fee on top of it just for the fun of it. Also existing customers are not allowed to call the office. Just a complete garbage way to handle current customers. Please for the sake of everything in my being save yourself from using U-lock storage facilities in Wauseon and the surrounding areas

Steve Kauffman has to be the rudest most inconsiderate business owner around. Do not rent here. I realize there was a snow storm Saturday night and not everything was clear on Sunday (every other storage unit was cleared on my hour drive to find this out though). But I recieve a call from him being as rude and nasty as ever when I asked fir a more specific time, rather than at some point today or tomorrow, as I only have 2 days off and I have to move today and tomorrow. No business owner should call you and ask if you have some kind of national emergency and do I not understand that equipment breaks down.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful nice storage units!! Love that it's video monitored. However the staff (rather the one person I could get ahold of) was HORRIBLE!!! Steve was horribly rude to me, yelled at me, talk to me as if I was an idiot, and made it very clear he did not want to help or assist me in any way in a very simple matter I needed solved. After reading reviews it seems other people have had this horrible treatment as well. Also ignored my calls after calling back many times. DO NOT rent from here. If you have any questions or concerns you will be expected to deal with automated services, voicemails and rude representatives. I see the owner is commenting defending himself to make himself look good. Yes we were late on payments multiple times however after being caught up locks were not removed either. NO ONE SHOULD GIVE THEIR MONEY TO THIS PLACE!!! I CAN EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW RUDE THIS MAN WAS!!! I will be storing my valuables elsewhere.

The very worst place to store your stuff the owner is is a stuck-up a** and rips you off with high flooded late payments and other things and when they want you out he just kicked you out he does need to ask you a question out you go I wouldn't go there
