I started boarding my fur-baby at Tony's just this year. The owners get 5 stars. They have been very helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with! The other shop staff get 3 stars - they have been just okay. They can't seem to ever find my paperwork for my pup when I bring him in. It gets frustrating filling out the same forms every time I come. The first time, what should have been a quick drop-off, took over an hour - way past my lunch break. (Maybe staff needs to re-learn how to use an alphabetical file system? My name isn't that hard.)When I've worked with the owners, it has been smooth sailing. Keep up the great work, guys!

I’ll give them three stars because I know they are trying and the employee was very nice. It really is a tired old building with a pretty limited selection. It’s probably worth driving to a bigger town unless you need some staple items.

We're new to the area and recently went to Tony's Pet Shop to utilize the self-serve dog wash. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The dog wash area had two raised stations, one for smaller dogs and one that fit our Great Dane, there were several bottles of shampoo/conditioner and a raised platform with a blow dryer. It was exactly what we were looking for and fit our needs.

When buying fish the person working was talking down about every other place, and different towns water isn't good. Will after having my fish for not only a month all my fish from Tony's died. I have fish from Bryan Ohio, Jackson Michigan, Defiance Ohio and none of my fish died. Only the ones I got there. Wouldn't recommend getting fish here, no wonder why they are talking down on other places when there the ones having something wrong with there water are just not taking care of there fish right. ??? No it isn't something I'm doing wrong...

I took my dog for the first time to use the self-washing pet station. I have a Golden retriever and we all know how much hair they have best experience ever will definitely take her back to give her another bath there

Tony’s pet shop and its’ employees are the greatest. They have been the greatest help with planning my son’s birthday present of a bearded dragon. Knowledgeable about what equipment works, what types of environments they need. Everything. I am above the moon with the amazing service Tony’s has provided my family for caring for all our reptiles. Thank you Tony’s Pet Shop for going above and beyond to help make my son’s dream a reality and teaching me how to best make sure I give the best care possible to our reptiles. ????
