“I started boarding my fur-baby at Tony's just this year. The owners get 5 stars. They have been very helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with! The other shop staff get 3 stars - they have been just okay. They can't seem to ever find my paperwork for my pup when I bring him in. It gets frustrating filling out the same forms every time I come. The first time, what should have been a quick drop-off, took over an hour - way past my lunch break. (Maybe staff needs to re-learn how to use an alphabetical file system? My name isn't that hard.)When I've worked with the owners, it has been smooth sailing. Keep up the great work, guys!”
