My husband and I have worked with this place multiple times, under all of their name changes, and recently re-rented their 3in pond pump. Getting it home and set up hours after renting it we noticed they gave us the 2in hose instead of the 3in. By the time we noticed this mistake they were already closed. They did an amazing job at righting the wrong and allowing us to keep it in extra day, ends up being a day and a half because of the weekend, because we were not able to use it for the time we paid for. This amazing customer service is why we will remain going to them! We will always recommend and use this place!

I'm so glad that I found this place and that it wasn't too far from my house. They have a great selection of John Deere parts and accessories. They had the exact belt that I needed for my mower, and they came in cheaper than if I ordered it online at some other place. It's nice to have a place that you can go to to get the things you need, rather than waiting on having it shipped. They also have a great selection of hats and clothing. I'll be coming back here for all of my John Deere needs!

Very good salesman. However, when you need your lawn mirror fixed, it’s taking three weeks so far. We are still waiting for them to fix our lawnmower. I know they’re backed up, but still it’s been a long 3weeks to push mow a 2 acre property.

I am very satisfied with my experience at KFG in wauseon. Paul has gone out of his way to get some defective parts replaced for me. I will continue to do all my business for John Deere and Stihl equipment.
