Worst service ever. Been going there 25 years and this will be my last. Theyvlied to me from the time I first called. They kept telling me that I'll be getting a call or I'm the next and yet they haven't even started them. They even hung up on me when I asked when they will have my taxes done. I ended up having to go to a different location to pick them up and then go back to wauseon to get my w2. Sent me on a wild goose chase. Very unorganized rude and untruthful. I wouldn't trust them to to do anything. Was told that the manager would call me and never did. Even the area manager didnt call when they were supposed to. They only gave me a small discount and an awkward apology. Would not recommend. Unless it's a different location.

This place is a joke they messed up my city taxes then they wanna give me a run around on fixing what they messed up and are to worried about getting more people in the door and doing their taxes than the loyal repeat customer come on H&R Block I get you got new people and all but manage them so they do a good job perhaps that might make a successful store with happy customers

They completely filed my 2020 taxes wrong. I worked part of the year in Ohio and part of the year for a company in Illinois. If they were not comfortable working on a double state Tax filing, they should have said so. I am now having to get my 2020 taxes amended.
