Wow, I must say that from beginning to end, the communication has been nothing short of excellent. Yes, we experienced some delays in repairing the truck, but they kept me informed throughout the process. I never felt frustrated or annoyed; the atmosphere in the office was filled with positive vibes. When I went to pick up my truck, it had been detailed, and the staff even took the time to clean the windows for me. While I’m not proud of having been in an accident, I am proud to have chosen the best body shop in NW Ohio for my truck repair. I truly appreciate everyone in that office and shop! Although I hope not to need their services again, if I find myself in another accident, I know exactly where to go for the best results. It looks like new! Thank you to everyone!

The only reason I gave this dealership and my salesman five stars is because seven stars was not an option. Outstanding customer service.
Update: Had my first maintenance visit.
Service Mgr. Scott was very thorough, and accommodating. But I still think I could beat him at bowling. :)
So far, these folks have kicked total *ss.

Alex Bennett was extremely helpful with our new purchase of the Chevy Blazer. I will recommend him to everyone. We will certainly go back to Don’s when we need another vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience.
