The customer service of the owner is completely unacceptable. I am a district manager of a very large convenience business and my interaction with this man floored me. He seriously needs to learn how to speak to people.

I paid for the works wash and they spent very little time spraying vehicle off before sending through the car wash. They also did not come out the finish end to check vehicle over or wipe things off. When I pay for the works I expect my wheels to be clean and inside the wheel wells. I feel like with a job done well in the pre wash would have gotten this accomplished.

I went there to get my car washed pulled in driveway some man started shaking his head and said he just put 100.0000 dollers worth of brushes in the car wash and my car had to much tist so apparently they should put a sign up that says only newer cars allowed cause my car is a 05 and doesn't have rist on it unreal

The service at this place has gone downhill. They do a lousy job at drying the vehicles, even though they claim that their dryers are high quality. Most recently, they are now rejecting customers that have even a little rust on their cars for fear that their brushes might get dirty or damaged. I strongly recommend not doing business with these people.

So frustrated came here yesterday and was refused a car wash. The young worker walked all around my car treated me like my car was a rust bucket. I have 1 tiny rust spot not on the passenger side. I would understand being refused if it was my first time coming through but my works card is almost full, or if they would have mentioned it it any time I was here before.

Owner is down right rude and egotistical! Have had much better car washes but it will do to just get rid of some of the salt and residue for now.

I have went through many car washes over the years and the owners have upgraded so many aspects so we the customers get the best car wash in our area. I feel people think this should be a detail shop and not a car wash. I have owned my truck for 6 years and used this car wash many times and never came out with a scratch of any kind
