It was my third Verizon store of the day to add cellular to my iPad, and I was very frustrated (second store employees needed both tech and customer service training). Chris was incredible, My phone broke the night before I was about to travel from work. I came in close to closing time, and he stayed late to make sure I was set up with a new phone. He stayed late to help another customer who's having a hard time too.

Anthony was extremely helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my phone and ultimately helping me upgrade and get my new phone set up. I had to spend over an hour in the store but he was talkative and friendly the entire time.

Hunter was phenomenal to work with. My mom and I walked in with no clue what phones we wanted to get. Hunter immediately explained all of the options we had and was patient as we asked him endless questions. We haven’t gotten new phones in over 5 years so we were a little behind in all the new features and styles. It was a busy day in the store with the launch of the new iPhone and Hunter kept his energy up the whole time. He was very customer centered and went above and beyond for everyone that came into the store while we were there. We left feeling so grateful that Hunter helped us. We learned a lot and will definitely be recommending our friends and family to go to the Waterville location! Hunter deserves a raise!!!!!! In all the year’s we have been with Verizon, this was BY FAR our best experience. We will be customers for life thanks to Hunter!!!!

I would highly recommend the Verizon store in Waterville, Ohio. Their manager, Hunter Wright, provides exceptional service. He’s extremely knowledgeable and is very patient with people (like myself) who are not the most tech savvy when it comes to things like smartphones.

Anthony P was great and super knowledgeable in helping myself and my boyfriend trading in all of our devices and getting our new ones set up. He was also very personable, it was the best experience I've had at a Verizon.
