I was going down North River Road today around 3:50pm. A female postal worker in a van attempted to pull out in front of a truck, the truck honked and the van just stopped, hanging out of the persons driveway. She completely disregarded the other drivers on the road, she didn't even pull forward to let the rest of the traffic safely pass! This is extremely unprofessional and not to mention dangerous!

A USPS worker hit my car in my driveway, was caught by one of my cameras and sped off. Upon showing this locations Post Master he denied all responsibility and ignored any of my calls after initially promising to get my car fixed and taken care of. I filed a police report which did nothing because it was on my private property. Insurance couldn't get a hold of the Post Master so after several months they dropped my claim.

Well don't try to put a Xmas card in your neighbor's mail box . (Or @ least don't put your return address on it!) We got the cards back with a note from the delivery person saying this is not allowed and to mail the card appropriately. Really?? Give me a royal Christmas break!!!We have had a lot of trouble with our deliveries over the years. All reported to local post office management. He actually laughed at this one!

I had an issue with a package and luckily the post master was able to hold my package, he was very kind and friendly over the phone. The man running the front desk was completely the opposite. He was very condescending and treated me like I had no clue what I was doing. He also acted like the issue with my package was my fault and that the issue was on purpose. The issue had never happened to me and I have no clue how it happened. I felt like a MASSIVE burden to him and it was all because he had to do his job and take 15 seconds (literally) to find my package that was being held there. I will drive out of my way to go to a different post office from now on, anything to not have to deal with him again.

I had great service here today. I was fortunate to be the only customer at the moment I arrived. The young man took my outgoing, prepaid package and asked if I wanted a receipt. He was very polite and helpful.

Missing mail and when I called to address the issue I was met with a very condescending and rude man on the phone. Needless to say the issue was not resolved.

Worst service I have ever encountered in my life!!! The residency where I live had someone by the last name living there before me. Under her name, there was a forwarding address. Instead of looking at the first name, they looked at the last name and sent my package to the forwarding address. I went into the post office after finding out on my package tracking that my package was delivered to another address. I explained the situation and asked what they could do to get my package. The short bald man that I'm assuming was in charge, became irate! Said there was nothing he could do and that I was to get out of the office. I asked him for a corporate number to call because of how rude and unwilling he was to help me. Very rude service i was very disappointed!! Still with no answers on how ill be getting my package where ever it is.

The two gentlemen that run customer se ice at this location are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always know that I’m getting the highest level of service when utilizing the Waterville post office for my mailing needs.

I was surprised to see poor reviews. I have lived in this area for 19 years and used the Waterville post office infrequently during that time. Always found service and staff to be competent and polite. Especially good when holding mail delivering home mail. Buying stamps and mailing packages has always been hassle free although busy during holidays.

On a Wednesday evening at 414 the two gentleman behind the counter were so impersonal and rude. Very pushy to get me out of the post office. Questions sharp, fast and no face or eye contact. My whole encounter lasted less than 5 minutes and it was the most uncomfortable human interaction. I was not even out the door and he was pulling it closed and locking it. I mailed my Christmas cards in the outside box, because I was worried they would not be handled appropriately inside. I got to my car and the time 432 PM, 2 minutes past closing time and they literally pushed me out the door. So disrespectfully, creepy individuals working there.
