Time after time a very positive experience at the Waterville Kroger pharmacy. A gentleman named Donovan waited on me and explained the use of the drug and answered my questions. The professionalism, the courtesy the personal are all icing on the cake when it comes to the Waterville Kroger pharmacy

Drive-thru is frequently and randomly closed during advertised hours. When it is open, it moves abysmally slow.
In general, this Kroger is disappointing even with rock-bottom expectations.

You have to go through a ton of automated questions and it was unable to fill my prescription through it anyway. Then it send you through to the pharmacy and they never answered the phone so I just have to hope that my prescription is getting prepared.
