The ice cream here is wonderful. However the customer service makes it not worth even coming to. You stand there and wait and people obviously see you, then they disappear in the back. A few other people come in, and they finally come back, but even though you were there first you are served last. Then you have to wait even longer for them to get get you 2 simple sundaes. What should have been only a 15 minute visit tops, (considering other than the other people who walked in after us, business was dead) took us almost an hour. For 2 sundaes. Absolutely ridiculous.
