“Two months after I bought my new car someone put a good scratch in the front drivers fender with their car door in a parking lot. I was lucky and was able to get this persons insurance information to get repairs completed. Jerry's was recommended to me by a few different friends. I called and was able to come in for an estimate the very next day. Jerry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire insurance process. I'd never had to go through insurance to get anything done before so this was a huge help! He got my estimate sent off to the insurance agency immediately. When I finally heard back from the insurance agency (not my own insurance) I was able to call Jerry and get an appointment to get my car repaired as soon as I was available to get my car in. Of course I had to set up things with the insurance agency and Enterprise for my rental. I dropped my car off late on a Monday morning and it was ready for me to pick up late in the morning on a Wednesday. The repair work is excellent and you cannot tell anything was ever wrong with the fender! I couldn't thank Jerry enough for restoring my car in such a reasonable time with such amazing work!”
