This Sam's was set up just like your's in Tennessee so we were able to find things we were looking for. Which mad thing alot more simpler. But we still looked around. Very nice. Some isles were a bit narrow. But we had a good time looking around.

Over all the Centerville Sam's Club is managed well by pretty good staff. However the gas station is another matter entirely. Frequently multiple pumps are down, frequently, almost always. Repair crews are on site seemingly daily. These guys can't manage the station like the store. I now go to Springboro for gas at the same price with no waiting no down pumps. Speedway would never manage a station so poorly. Additionally, they have been out of premium for several days yet their web site still shows availability and pricing. Imagine waiting three cars deep and finally pulling to the pump and reading the little sign...No Premium, sorry.

Love the store almost always has what I need but I got there early Sunday thinking my black card would get me in early ( I was wrong) so while I sat in the parking lot waiting for store to open I observed employee after employee parking in the closest best spots and heading into work. It was really irritating considering how hard it is to find parking everytime I’m here and now I know why! Employees take the best spots and keep them filled for hours at a time ?

I love this Sam’s club. It’s always great! The employees are always nice even though you don’t have to have much interaction with them where Costco is just unbearable and the employees there are just so darn rude and forced to interact with them. They act like they are a government agency holding top secret information and just have terrible customer service skills. That’s why I’ll always shops Sam’s club for the simple fact everyone is nice and helpful and interaction is minimal as well as scan and go I love not needing a line. This Sam’s club deserves a 11/10

I guess they have a racist overzealous door guy now? Haven't been member carded in this (or any other) Sam's Club in 2 years of coming to them; but there's a South Asian couple meandering around the entrance, and the masked door guy is eyeballing them, especially since they tried to go into the exit. I walk passed them, and he obnoxiously hops out infront of me to card me, followed by them after I'm by him. Not sure what happened with them from the little I heard; yet they've beaten me outside, and I was just picking up 1 thing from the middle of the store. Hope their trip went fine, but that wouldn't be my guess :/
not sure why you'd even bother to card people, you literally can't check out at a Sam's Club without a member card.

This Sam's Club is always busy, but thankfully we use scan and go so waiting in line is never an issue for us. The facility is always clean and items we want are rarely out of stock. Parking can be a bit stressful on the weekends, but it's fine on the weekdays.

Do NOT do business here ! Managers Are vindictive and Conniving. They DO NOT want to help you. If you have an any type of disability, Expect to be scolded for it, As a former employee management had the audacity to look me in my face and tell me, it’s not their fault that I have a disability they have a business to run. That would be the manager that goes by Haley Gray , Very sad excuse for a woman and a manager or just a human being in general . I hope you see this & know how you treat others MATTERS! Makes me sick to my stomach to this day.
