Mason is awesome! He helped my family during check out and was so helpful. He kept a great attitude during the mid day-day before Fourth of July rush; truly an awesome worker!!!

Love Sam's Club. They are always sweet to me. I have never found a rude employee, and they always help me with self check out if needed. They are there watching, so I don't have to wait or track someone down if I need help. They always have 2 people a registers if you choose not to self checkout. My girls love the snack bar, and the people who work it work so hard and never with an attitude. I go often and always feel appreciated and well taken care of. It is truly a place that still cares like all the places use to 20+ years ago.

Sam's club is GOATED, they've got reasonable prices, AND yummy samples! 10/10 would recommend

Very good Sam's Club store. Clean and pleasant to shop at. Way better than the store on Miller Lane or Beavercreek.

This Sam's was set up just like your's in Tennessee so we were able to find things we were looking for. Which mad thing alot more simpler. But we still looked around. Very nice. Some isles were a bit narrow. But we had a good time looking around.

Over all the Centerville Sam's Club is managed well by pretty good staff. However the gas station is another matter entirely. Frequently multiple pumps are down, frequently, almost always. Repair crews are on site seemingly daily. These guys can't manage the station like the store. I now go to Springboro for gas at the same price with no waiting no down pumps. Speedway would never manage a station so poorly. Additionally, they have been out of premium for several days yet their web site still shows availability and pricing. Imagine waiting three cars deep and finally pulling to the pump and reading the little sign...No Premium, sorry.

Love the store almost always has what I need but I got there early Sunday thinking my black card would get me in early ( I was wrong) so while I sat in the parking lot waiting for store to open I observed employee after employee parking in the closest best spots and heading into work. It was really irritating considering how hard it is to find parking everytime I’m here and now I know why! Employees take the best spots and keep them filled for hours at a time ?
