Poor customer service.
Ordered and waited for tires (OEM standard size), we arrived a week later at appointment time to get installed but they refused to install them due to the door sticker. Note: this same store ordered and installed the same size tire in 2019. Apparently the truck had special order tires installed at the factory and I was unaware that the door sticker tire size was not the recommended size but they still refused to install. In fact, my original window sticker showed this tire size as standard also. The tire shop guys said they understood, but they had to get management approval but management said they had to stick with their policy. I had to get a refund and take my truck elsewhere to get new tires. I called this other tire shop, BTW, a major brand and they got my story and laughed about it saying this is highly unusual. Extremely frustrating.
This was not the first tire liability issue I’ve had with this store, needless to say I will never go there for a tire installation or repair again.

Car broke down near store and tried to contact auto department to inquire and was continually forwarded to Call Center in India. Will never be a member here again.

Hubby & I shop here often. I've been ordering some items to be shipped to me (free shipping) & I love the convenience. We get gas here when in the Centerville area but sometimes the lines are crazy long. I've used the pick up service a few times & it is great when in a rush. We bought new tires 2 years ago from the Auto department & when I got a nail on the outside of the tire, they replaced it for only a $20 fee. I really like the variety Sam's has to offer & the fact that they stand behind their food quality with a money back guarantee. All the employees I've dealt with have been polite & helpful. I'll continue to shop here again & again.

Curbside is never ready on time. This is my 3rd experience. It’s always several hours late past schedule time. They truly don’t care that they inconvenience people at all. I have stopped getting as much as normal I may have to stop completely. It’s just not worth all the aggravation.

Do NOT order tires from Sams Club if you want them installed!!The order came in quickly, but when attempting to call the store to schedule the install, no one would answer the phone. Calling multiple days, still couldn't get through. Attempted calling customer service and they said they would give my number to the tire center and call me back, to no avail and no return call received. Had to go to the corporate chat. They couldn't get through to the center either.They had to call the club manager who responded that no one was staffed at the desk because they are working on cars.... why even bother having a direct line to them though if they are always working on cars? I have no idea how other people are able to schedule appointments for them to have work to do... There is no other recourse to schedule an appointment except apparently calling the store manager.Needless to say, I have canceled the order. Very disappointing experience. It should not be this many hoops to schedule an install for tires.

So today I experienced racism at it’s finest! I was in Sams Club buying groceries and I asked the butcher to slice my flank steak. He told me that they were short staffed and wouldn’t be able to do it till tomorrow. Mind you there were 3 butchers back there.I politely asked for a manager. While waiting for one to come a white lady walked up and asked him to cut her pork loin up and he said yes ma’am and took it back there. Then another white lady walked up and asked him to cut her meat and he said absolutely to her. I’m like are you serious ? so another employee walked up and asked what was going. I told him and he said that’s not right and took my meat back to cut it up. Meanwhile the manager walks up and we told him what was going on. All he said was that’s not right and I’ll check the cameras. SMH as much money I spend in that place is ridiculous and I’m pretty sure my money spends like everyone else. I guess I better start going to Costco. Corporate will hear from me in the morning and it won’t be nice. ?

Gentlemen were courteous, despite being busy. Had some issues with the wheel itself (not their fault) and they took a very detailed inspection of the issue. I was able to come back and they were fantastic at their jobs. Highly recommend. Would be 5 stars, but they were so busy, took 3 weeks just for initial installation. Well done, Gentlemen. Well done.

This sams club is always well stocked, organized, and full of top quality items. The app and website's stock checks for this location are typically not correct, as every time I've seen a popular product out of stock online that shows out of stock in store, I've been able to find it well stocked at the store once I arrive. Some may not like that, but I do because it makes the shopping experience so much less stressful for me in a world where products constantly go viral and sell out for months. Through all of the inflation, I have seen very minimal increases in sams club prices which makes the membership a no brainer. I use their cakes and cupcakes for every event and the members mark brand is top notch.

Messes something up every every time. Three times now my tires are "beyond repair". No appointments for weeks.Tell them drivers rear they check passengers rear and miss your issue.Call for an appointment and they lose it and you have to wait in line.Horrible. Horrible. Not even worth it for being free.

I have recommended the bright farms spring mix salad to Everyone! Today, it’s not there anymore !!! ?. That item is the main reason I routinely go to Sam’s Club.
