I run a retail business and I feel that the first impression, upon walking through a business's door is crucial!! All I can say about PBT Centerville is that I was blow away with how clean, organized, and fresh everything is. I am a new customer and the staff, Whitney & Leah were top notch. Not feeling completely comfortable as a man walking into a Tanning Salon for the first time, my fears were quickly washed with the help & information that Leah & Whitney provided. Wish I could give them 10 STARS. Keep up the fantastic work ladies.

The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable regarding the products they sell and the services they provide! I’m a member of the All-Access Wellness services at PBT Centerville so I get to use the Sauna and the Red Light bed, which are ALWAYS clean every time I go!

The best place ever!!! Leah Knox helped me out and explained everything, I’m new to spraying and it was 10/10! The place is also so clean , the girls in there never stop!

This is the nicest/cleanest tanning salon I’ve ever been to! The employees are always so kind and helpful with whatever questions or concerns I may have! When I went in my first time I was so nervous because I had never been in a tanning bed before but Ava, Whitney, and Leah recommended me lotions to use, what type of bed and how long I should go for, and even talking to me about spray tanning. Definitely recommend this location!

Predatory billing system. I called to cancel my service and was informed that I had to come in which is an inconvenience which they prey upon in order to steal your money. They may have mentioned this during initial purchase but this past month I told at least a half dozen employees I was finished with my sessions. I was not reminded to sign any paper, again predatory. I was told I had to tell them by the 25th and they would still have to charge me. So I cancelled my card. Good luck collecting that and now I will tell everyone who will listen to not patronize such a shady establishment.

I love this salon!! I've tanned all over the place for years and I just keep coming back to Centerville simply because those girls are THE best with customer service. Any time I have a question they go above and beyond to make sure I understand everything. Leah and Ava are such a good little team. Total rockstars over there!

Absolutely my favorite Palm Beach location! The managers , Ava & Leah are always super friendly and accommodating. The salon is always very clean and definitely recommend to anyone looking to trying a new tanning salon !

Very disappointed in the customer service of the GM at the Centerville location. I was told that to upgrade my membership I had to pay not only the difference of the upgrade which I am completely fine with I also have to pay another new membership fee! I was told when I signed up over a month ago that I could upgrade at any time and nothing was said about additional fees. Then she went on to tell me I could just put my membership on vacation hold for a few months and wait for a promotion that will be offered in the next few months!!

Love my palm beach tan in Springboro. However miss my Skyler alot? Maggie n other girls are sweet too though. It's friendly, kind employees and love clean environment! Love it all!

Very rude front door person in the weekends. Shirt really tanned with dyed black hair. She argued with a nice guy because she didn't believe he has a membership there and he did.
