Nick was very attentive and helpful. In a time when property transactions require finesse and creativity, Nick was on the ball. He stepped up to assist in areas above and beyond what a normal lending agent would do. Even after our transaction completed, Nick is a wise counselor who remains attentive to the details in an attempt to keep me financially wise in the future. I highly recommend Nick and Guild mortgage. When laws and options are consistently changing and fluctuating, Guild and Nick will keep any buyer attuned to the possibilities.
