Thanks for being a part of the solution and a problem Loralei’s! We all should be aware of the massive ecological problem caused by the mass production of cheap clothing that end up in landfills. Loralei’s deals in only high end, gorgeous clothes that have been lovingly previously owned and now they get to be owned for a 2nd time allowing our world to be less full of landfills.

Such a cute little boutique!! The staff was super friendly and made it a fun and personable experience. My mom, sister, and I went and found such great clothing items for a great deal. They even had a cute snacks table for ladies shopping for Valentine's Day :)) We can't wait to come back soon and support this sweet small business!

This is the first time I've used this consignment shop, and I won't do it again because of the customer service. I brought in 6 nice dresses (purchased at either Macy's, Lord & Taylor, or Lillian's Bridal Shop) and when I asked for a receipt the woman brushed me off and stated the items would be entered into my account and walked away. At the end of my consignment contract, I called the store and was told that none of the items sold but that I could request a statement in January for tax purposes, which I did. When I received the statement, it showed that only 3 dresses had been donated, not 6. When I called asking about the other 3 dresses, I was told that they had been priced under $100 and had gone beyond the consignment period which is 60 days. She further explained that they had remained on the floor and that they had sold but that Loralie's got to keep the money. Hmmm, yes, that does follow the consignment agreement...just doesn't feel right on a customer service level. So, for me it was a lesson learned. Next time I'll donate to Goodwill.

This place is amazing! I always find amazing pieces here including Lulu lemon sweatpants for 27 dollars, Athleta leggings for under 15 multiple sweaters and many more pieces! Highly recommend!

I love Loralei's! I have gotten everything from a pair of pajamas to a formal dress here, and I *always* leave with treasures! The staff is lovely, especially the new owner, Suzanne! I love getting good quality clothing for a great price, and I love that because those great clothes are gently used, it's better for the environment! We are so lucky to have this gem in our community... you HAVE to check them out!

Owner is more concerned about her lack of parking versus taking care of her customers. Very petty and self serving ownership. Would never spend any money at their establishment.

Have stopped here on several trips thru Dayton. Have only purchased items twice. The items offered are good quality but seem high for consignment prices. Was there 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday and the employees were already cleaning up, turning off the A/C, and seemed irritated customers were still present. I've never felt especially welcomed as a customer.

Lovely store. Large variety. Labeled well. Prices were fair and the sales associate was very kind and helpful. Only things I would personally change: the low lighting in the changing room and the loud Christmas music. Definitely worth visiting this store.
