Jim was wonderful. I was stranded on the side of the road for quite some time because the roadside assistance was calling around to find someone. As soon as they called him, he came right away. He got me/the care to the dealer quickly and he shared his knowledge/thoughts on what might be wrong with the vehicle. He was professional and personable and made the experience as good/pleasant as it could be.

My husband, my son and I were headed home from Jeffersonville when my husband’s car broke down. The first tow company I called didn’t answer, but Jim answered right away and arrived to where we were within 30 minutes. Loaded up the car quickly, And helped us get home safely. He was super nice and friendly. Really great customer service. Will definitely give him referrals and will use him again in the future if needed. Thank you again Jim!

I was stranded on the side of the road on 35 after calling several different towing services, I decided he was the best price, and when he arrived, he was the best service. Really great guy. Company was contracted through my car insurance for roadside assistance. The guy that brought me fuel said I owed him $7 cash for the fuel. I told him all expenses were paid by my insurance and showed him my auto insurance app…then he proceeded to cuss me out. Scammer and unprofessional. Mr. Jones was wonderful! He was the 3rd towing company that was sent to help my mom and I out when my car refused to start- after finally figuring out payment- due to my insurance company taking forever to initiate payment- he was prompt, efficient and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with him all the way to my repair shop and he even dropped us off at my house nearby. We salvaged what was left of my mom’s 80th birthday, after attempting to shop…we can’t thank Mr. Jones enough! I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again in the future. Thank you!!!Service: Car towing

We'd been stranded at a gas station in the middle of nowhere and our first driver didn't arrive. After three hours we got assigned a different driver from this company, Jim, who was absolutely lovely and arrived in a half hour, and even gave us a lift for the long drive home. We'll definitely go to them again if we need to.
