I really desperately needed my dryer fixed. 2 techs came out to the house for 15 minutes only to tell me what I already knew which was the dryer was not working. Did not run any diagnostics or try to trouble shoot issue. $65 service fee to tell me my dryer was broken. Would not recommend them to anyone.
