Have banked here for 10 years, in the last 3 year's, it has went down hill. There is always new tellers, there isn't a personal level anymore. The tellers don't know their people. Lines are long most of the time and waiting, while there a 3 tellers sitting at the tables, while the new teller struggles to do their job correctly cause their new and don't want to ask for help. Just isn't the same friendly banking anymore.

Got to bank at 15 till 7 lady said she couldnt wait on us because she was only one there and was closed after driving an hour to get there before they closed what a joke

Love the workers. They’re extremely helpful. We had a couple disputes and had received money back from two. They explained how they help us dispute and it goes to fraud after that. They don’t control if we get the money back but that fraud does. They are super friendly and ask us how we are on a personal level. Great group of workers.
