Appt was @15:00 . Got on dock by 14:30. They didn't touch my load to after 17:00. The other trucks came in and gone. It's after 18:00 waiting on paperwork. I have no plans to come here again.

4 hours to unload 2 pallets. After pallets were unloaded 1:30min passed and still waiting for papers...
