Thanks a lot PNC. Pulled up to the bank today to get some cash out of the ATM and I see the sign on the door and the boarded up everything. The bank that I've had since 2001 when they were still National City Bank has pulled up stakes and moved 40 min away to Chillicothe sometime between Feb 2 and now !? Not so much as a heads up notice in the mail, just boarded up and gone? Wow, that's some service right there. So....I'm really just curious what your customers here In Washington Court House are supposed to do if they need to see someone IN PERSON? Oh, that's right it's either "figure it out for yourself" or "drive 40 minutes". I guess this little, not rich, town is not making the pallets of cash you expected so let's just jam to the next, more cash-flush town. Grand. Also, if your idea of extended service is the PNC ATM in the UDF at the end of town, then I guess that tells me all I need to know about what you consider "service". Outrageous.

Be careful if you don’t bank with them because if their ATM eats your card they can’t give it back. Complete nonsense! I bank with USAA, a military bank, and they didn’t even have the decency to give my card back because they couldn’t prove who I was. My closest bank in 8 hours away. I would never recommend this bank to anyone just because of this simple fact.

I have never been inside the lobby, only ever use the drive-through and the staff always seem nice at the drive-through; however, they are painfully slow at this location! Unless I am the only one in line, it seems like I better get ready for a 10 to 15 minute wait each and every time. I could never use this as my primary bank and thank goodness I only have to visit 3 or 4 times a month, because this is where my business banks.

This has to be one of the worst PNC bank. Staff is not friendly at all.

Everyone at this branch has no personality and is like speaking to robots. I like to feel welcome when I come into places of business, especially places that need my business and they just aren't friendly nor welcoming. This branch needs to work on customer service skills.

So I've went into many pnc banks and just showed my I'd and I would be able to access my account but not today. They want two forms of id with pictures on it like my state issued Id isn't good enough. I told them what was in my account and some of the transactions but it just want good enough. I'm never using this branch again.

I've been banking here for the last 4 years and have never had a problem with them. The staff are very friendly and the online services are fantastic. I can only compare PNC to Huntington and Merchants, but I prefer PNC over them.

The staff has been nothing but friendly when I have a reason to go in. When I consolidated some loans through PNC, the loan officer was very helpful in walking me through the process and helping me get the best rates.

Brought a computer printed check payable to me from a business Was informed that they would not cash the check for me because of the security risk of me being a non customer. I was instructed to take check and deposit it into my checking account. I do not understand how this is a security risk. If it can be proven that I am who I say I am and the amount of the check is avail to cash then said check should be cashed no matter what. I did take the check to another pnc and they were more than happy to cash the check for me. I have never had a bank that would not accept a check to be cashed. What if a person was given a check and had no other way to get the check cashed but to bring it into a branch? Oh I forgot the branch manager said they had other ways to deal with it how may I ask are there other ways other than cashing said check. I feel it to be an insult to the customer that wrote the check for it not to be honored for said purpose as to supply person that check is made out to with the written amount.
