Part of my transmission went out and control arms needed replaced. Hays was communicative, efficient, and quick with repairs. Faris and Cameron both were very helpful when discussing options for repairs and payment. Cannot recommend this shop enough for anyone who needs small to large repairs!

Wow! They helped me so much! I was traveling to Indiana from North Carolina and my car broke down on the highway in Ohio. A tow service towed me to Hayes. The issue with my car was complicated and a big fix. However, they got it done and even went above and beyond to travel an hour to go get my needed car parts! Talk about amazing customer service! They got me on the road and safely fixed my car to travel 3 hours back to Indiana THAT DAY! I cannot recommend them enough. They are efficient, helpful, and kind! Thank you Hayes Tire and Auto Shop!

While traveling back home from a long road trip, we had an awful scraping and grinding noise coming from the driver's rear wheel well and tried calling multiple mechanics in the area. Most did not answer or couldn't fit us for a next morning appointment. Hay's squeezed us in, diagnosed, and repaired our issue in a matter of 1.5 hours. The person who answered the phone and updated us the entire time during our service was named Ferris and he was extremely helpful and polite over the phone and in-person. We couldn't believe it was only his third day in the office! We received a thorough description of the issues before the mechanic began working so we knew exactly what was wrong with our car and what we were paying for. Highly recommend Hay's!

Finding a loyal, trustworthy mechanic can often times deem itself impossible. I am thankful that my mom recommended Hays to my husband and I. This is how honest they are; I had my car in the shop for all new tires and a new transmission cooler. In my original quote there was a $100 charge for replacing some type of fluid. During the repairs they realized that this fluid didn’t actually need replaced. They were honest enough to tell us that they didn’t replace it and took the charge off of our final bill. My husband and I would’ve never known if it had been replaced or not and they easily could’ve charged us the $100. THAT is integrity and it’s difficult to come by anymore. There was a little miscommunication up front about something else and it wasn’t necessarily a particular persons fault. However, Hays took it upon themselves to make it right. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. No one likes car repairs but finding an honest shop make it a lot less stressful.

Have had my truck at hays auto a couple different times now for different things.and they have fixed it in a very timely manner and at a affordable cost. . I won't be taking my truck to anyone other than hays auto in the future

The team at Hay's are professional and knowledgeable. I have a handful of trucks, some of them older than others. They keep everything in good repair and consistently go above and beyond, both in terms of thoroughness and education. They do a fantastic job of answering any questions I have, and they provide good information. The technicians are very competent and able to handle the complexities of modern vehicles. The service is always very timely, and when something unexpected does come up, they are great about communicating and providing flexible scheduling. Highly recommend!
