I scheduled an appointment today july first to have a routine preventative brake inspection. I left work early from Hillsboro for this appointment. When I arrived I was told that their computers were having issues and they had not physically written down the appointment. Then he proceeded to
explain to me that typically people make appointments if they're having issues with their brakes. I explained to him that it was a preventative measure to ensure that I did not crash. He said that he would visually check them without taking the brakes off for inspection. He simply did not want to do the work and was not concerned about a customers safety. Or should I say former customer. I will not be back. I don't trust their service department.
He then tried to sell me tires. This was a complete and total waste of time. So I took my car elsewhere and I am waiting to have the front brake pads replaced.

I just got my chevy out of there shop,great service quick as well .it's were I put my full fleet.

Keith, on the GM side, has always been very helpful when I've been there. Great guy. Haven't been to the Toyota side in awhile but when I have visited the service dept Bret Smith was exceptional. I recommend both dealerships

A++++++++ people most friendly dealerships I have ever dealt with I’m traveling out of town and had bolts come lose on my brakes after a brake job that I did myself I came to them and asked if they could help me out by fixing my issue they took my truck right back fixed it in about 20 mins and did t even charge me I feel so blessed to have found this dealership so close to where the bolt fell off thank you again for all your alls help!!!!!!

Well if you’re looking for help at the parts counter they’re not very nice didn’t seem like they wanted to help they ask where I was calling from, I told them I just called a previous dealership and they helped me he told me to call them back that’s not very good customer service That’s why I don’t buy locally cars not nice at all I will take his advice I will take my business elsewhere

Bought a used car in my price range and the customer service was okay but within an hour after paying cash for said vehicle and them closing a check engine comes on after said car was sent through in their "shop" big deal find out it was a rigged vaccum line from the turbo. Got the part and fixed it cheap easy no a problem then 24 hours later a coolant hose exploded I mean I get it's a used vehicle I payed for but I think they should've took responsibility for it considering I hadn't had the car two days which I get it's used but from the vacuum line being done the way it was I just feel as if they rigged the car enough to sell it called to talk to them about it and I was told "That's how it goes with used cars their either good or bad."
