I pushed my car here and general manager phil, keith and others really came through for me.I was missing my phone charger and they actually provided me that and pushed it in to grab that is the guys in the window pushing the car. I was treated like a human in the building i wanted to shed a tear its so uncommon to see genuine concern and i received it.I have faith they will find out whats weong and help m. Thank you so much phil!I will never forget you and your employees

Troy was amazing!!!! He didn't push and was very knowledgeable about all the questions I had. He followed up several times to make sure everything was perfect. He took care of everything. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle, go see Troy.

I bought my first car from Cameron at a SVG in Washington courthouse, and the experience was a really great one. I usually buy from the “main” dealerships, but SVG had just what I needed and the customer service was great. I also appreciated Devin for showing me all about my new Highlander. Thank you, a SVG!

I was pleased with how everything was handled from the time I arrived until the time I picked up my vehicle. They did everything I requested efficiently. I was also given an estimate on new tires and their professional advice as to when I would need them. All was done well.However, I was disappointed to be told that this dealership will not be selling Cadillacs anymore. That was to be my next vehicle and I was hoping to get it from here.

Went in for an oil change. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I asked about purchasing Falken Wildpeaks tires and they don’t have them in stock but can get them. I also asked about doing a lift kit on my 4Runner and they told me Toyota doesn’t offer that service. I was a little disappointed in that.

I usually don’t review things but this place does not really do inspections on the used cars they get, I bought a suv (used) barley had it 2 months and the first week of having it the brakes were messing up so I brought it in and they said it was rust so they cleaned it up and the about a week after the brakes locked up while I was driving luckily I was in a alley (but with my kids) so I brought it in again and I guess it was the calipers and the a week later after that the suv started making noises while starting it and driving it so I brought it in and they said it was burning oil and that they weren’t really able to do anything because supposedly the car model that I got that’s what there known for (and was normal) ? and they wouldn’t let me trade it in for something else or even let me give it back even though I haven’t even had it 2 months so there goes 12k down the drain… definitely wouldn’t recommend and the manager was pretty rude about the whole thing! Brayden was nice though and was trying and I know it wasn’t his fault but could have at least made it right to me.

Hey I want to give a shout out to the Service dept. They are the most knowledgeable and helpful staff! I drive 2 hrs one way because I can't find anywhere in Cincinnati that provides the care and service like this crew. Coupons are offered and I'm not paying for service that isn't nedepth.I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!THANKS TEAM KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.KAREN REMLEY

Bad experiences two weeks in a row. I can understand one not so great experience, but when it happens two times in two weeks, it is the start of a pattern. The wait times quoted were way off, I spent over an hour for an oil change and again over an hour for a key fob programming. Even after the hour, the fob did not work, because they forgot a step, so I had to go back.

Hi there I hope you find this review helpful. In June 2023. My husband and I went on our first crusade of shopping for our first pick up truck. We originally wanted some thing that would fit in our garage but learned the smaller trucks cannot do the job of hauling our boat. The boat weighs 7500 pounds with 98 gallons of fuel so we looked at the 1500 and thought why not lets also try the 2500 Duramax diesel. We previously went to over eight different dealerships test driving different vehicles and talking to different sales people , I quickly learned I did not like working with sales people for several reasons, asking me what I do for a living trying to size me up to determine how much money I make a year to being pushy or annoying but the thing that bothered me the most was the lack of knowledge that a lot of sales people had regarding tow capacity and pulling a boat so I started talking to different general managers because they had the knowledge I needed. I found the truck online that might be a possibility Rick the general manager at SVG was fantastic. He along with other general managers at dealerships allowed us to put their truck on our boat and see how it pulls up the steep boat ramp where we boat. There are many dealerships that will not allow this for several reasons which I understand -Rick was quick to allow us to try it. He actually has several years of experience hauling a fifth wheel. He has first hand knowledge of both negative and positive experiences which I valued. I initially didn’t like the vehicle he showed us due to all the chrome however, today I find it very pretty and cool looking. During the negotiating process we had it narrowed down to three vehicles. I goofed a on what to negotiate for thinking that it was in the private party range on price originally however, the issue was resolved and we were able to work past that concern Rick introduced us to Braden and he is very quick to getting back to us via text messages and answering our questions. He is nice and caring and tells you if he is not sure on something. Everything worked out fine. it’s July 2023 we had our truck for a week and a half and really enjoy it. We drove it this past weekend and it averages 23.8 mpg. We are pleased with that performance. We purchased a 2019 GMC sierra 2500 HD Duramax diesel . Black was the last color we wanted, but it looks so sharp with our boat. So we will just plan to wash her often. We are enjoying taking care of our new truck and being customers of their dealership. I actually enjoyed meeting both of the people, Rick and Braden are invited to come boat with us and their family as well. Maybe they will go someday. -happy customer

This is the second time they told us we need to replace our tires. The first time we took it to a different dealer it ended up being the front differential. We do not have any faith in them.
