I went into Cricket looking for a phone for my son after he shut it in the car door. With the price of phone we were able to use Progressive Leasing to purchase two new phones and four different accessories. Sonya and Steven were amazing! Steven greeted us at the door and was able to help us until Sonya was done working with customers and helped us too. They made purchasing two new phones extremely easy! The help of transferring items from my old phone to my new phone was great! The same day we returned to get a phone for my youngest son and found out he had an upgrade. I highly recommend Cricket and if you get to work with Sonya and Steven they make your experience so much easier and enjoyable!

Sonya was very unprofessional and rude to me. She was smelling like liquor while helping me and sluring her words.
I went back Stopped at 230, and the store was closed with a bunch of missed package delivery notes stuck to the door. Very disappointed with the store management.

Supposed to be open and no one was there doors were locked and this was around 2pm would give zero stars if I could.

Showed up at 10 am when it says they are open and got stared at from the door and then they hid in the back very confused on this being that I was trying to spend a decent amount of money
