“I've been struggling with a new illness and struggling to get the medication I need to control it because it’s so expensive. When I came to pick up my scripts and discovered yet another one won’t work because I can’t afford it, not gonna lie, I started to cry. Joseph was helping me and he was so incredibly kind and compassionate to me. I was very embarrassed to be so upset but he was just so kind about it. He then spent a good 15 minutes trying every pharmacist trick he knew to get me a discount. The medication thing is not sorted out yet, but it sure is nice when you’re just having a terrible time to have someone else just reach out and be kind and try to help. What an outstanding guy he is.
