“I have always had bad experience w tire discounters customer service at our local location. But, I will say when i phoned in asking to get in at that moment for tire rotation Shaun who is the manager told me to come right over and they would get me in at that moment or with 30 min. His customer service was on point this day and let me tell ya they were extremely busy non stop moving and getting business done getting customers in and out and my wait time was not long at all from start to finish. Thank you so very much for the passion you showed each customer and time u took explaining tires to a lady who come in that day.
