I was referred to this State Farm office by a neighbor and I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I was with my prior insurance company for home and auto for over 20 years so this was a major change for me. Linda made it fast, clear, and concise. She was there and/or returned my call promptly. Assistant on the phone has horrible phone etiquette and customer service skills. Anytime I've called she's never been nice -- including when my car was vandalized. Not helpful at all.
