I walked in and three workers were sitting in a office all looking at their cell phones. I walked around looking at the carts for 5 min. None of them looked at me or greeted me. I then walked up to them and asked questions but they acted like I was bothering them. It was 1/2 hour before closing. Two of them continued on their cell phones like I didn’t exist. One finally came out and talked to me but really couldn’t help. So I left. I felt uncomfortable at that point and didn’t want to do business with these type of people. There were no other customers in the store. No one was on the phone either. I live 5 min from here. I was very upset. I drove all the way to mentor to their competitor and was treated extremely well. 3 people tried to help me the moment I walked in the door. If you don’t think I was in your store on miles road check your cameras. You will see where your employees were.

Came today to buy a golf car within business hours but store is closed and no one picks up the phone. Customer service minus 5 stars!

I had purchased a new Ezgo Valor from this dealership in 2021. The cart was used very lightly at a campground and was stored over the winter. The following fall I began having issues with the battery dying, which I replaced. It ran well for 2 weeks and then would not start. After taking it to 2 different local technicians I found that the ECU was bad and needed replaced. I understand the vehicle is now out of warranty but I wasn't aware of the issue until the warranty expired. The dealership offered no assistance on this expensive fix and only offered to service it for an outrageous price. When spending $8,000 on a new cart, I guess one should expect better service/assistance

Service is below terrible. I have a service agreement for a fleet and they won’t even show up on scheduled days. Half the time when I leave a message they won’t return calls and when they don’t have the parts they need for repairs and promise to send them they don’t. Awful!

What a wonderful place to shop. The owner took the time to not sell us a golf cart but to educate us on the various types and the benefits from the different accessories available. Excellent experience. I dealt with Jay. He is young, but quite knowledgeable. He went WAY above & beyond at every opportunity. And he is the same AFTER the sale. There was a small issue, and he personally handled it immediately. The experience is one of the better of my life in dealing with salespeople. The pricing was very fair.He is a good salesperson and Lake Erie Golf Carts is a solid company. Will most definitely recommend them to anyone and confidently also!!!!!!!GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!

Was promised a cooler as part of the deal, didn’t come with one. When i asked why it was not included I was told I could purchase one…. Then I took it out on the course for the first time with a client of mine and it ran out of gas. I literally drove 500 yards onto the course and it stopped. The course doesn’t sell gas. I had to leave my client and find a gas station that sold gas cans. 45 min later my irritated and sweaty client and I were playing again. When I told my sales rep about the incident he said they would reimburse me for the gas…. How about the cooler you lied to me about? Nope…. Nothing. Don’t waste your time with this place. They don’t value your business and they deliver your brand new cart with no gas!
