Horrible customer service, ignorance level of a six out of five. They blame problems on the shippers ups and USPS instead of themselves who shipped it wrong. No communication between the seller and the buyer, buyer left hanging not knowing what's going on where the product is. Stay away from these people they don't deserve our American money!

Order a console for my son for Christmas did not come with the games it was supposed to and ya console all scratched up and when sent it back to get refund there saying they not get it back and the usps say it was delivered to them so watch out

Item Bazaar is a fraudulent business that uses multiple accounts on different e-commerce platforms to scam consumers. For example this company has multiple accounts on eBay (accounts ibz_001, ibz_002, inb_003, ibz_004, ibz_005) these multiple accounts purchase items on eBay with a sole intention of scamming the sellers of their inventory by returning back fraudulent/counterfeit or broken items. If you have been scammed by this company I would recommend filing a police report by calling the Warrensville Ohio Police Department.
