They never have anything you want regarding milk or orange juice they blame Giant Eagle for not delivering it half the time the person in the kitchen is not there to cook food in the morning this place is ran terribly got an attendant always outside smoking when she supposed to be watching the cash register the security guard is useless you could steal anything you want they're paying attention to their telephone waste of money for those guys they never have what you want Giant Eagle get on the ball or close it down

I would suggest going anywhere else. I bought a sandwich from here and within 2 hours had some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life.

I see A lot of bad reviews for this store and I have to say that it's sad to read. As for me, I only ever go for gas and coffee/snacks. My review however is much different. The 2 main cashiers I have to interact with are Very Nice. I think ones name is Carolyn. She has the best personality!! Both ladies are great. Carolyn always is so positive and tells me to have a blessed day. She deserves a raise, they both do! And FYI, the decaffeinated coffee actually tastes like coffee! This is mostly the gas station I go to. The bathroom, the one time I used it, was spotless. This was on a Saturday. Ijs..

If you can afford to charge $3.05 for gas then charge everyone $3.05 why charge others who don't want more things tied to their bank account $0.50c more... It's much easier to pay with cash / our own cards than setting up an account for one (other places that call it easy pay I'm talking about you) .....Again... These things are getting out of hand. That's the fastest way for me to skip right over your gas station also.

GetGo Cafe + Market & Market at this location stays pretty busy and is very convenient and well stock. Customer service is ok and sometimes helpful

Cashier twalann was being rude And nasty. Been going to this gas station for 10 years Never no problem. Another worker register broke down so the only one working was twalann and asked her question she straight ignored and said put your card in the machine which I had cash she says she couldn’t except my money. That i couldn’t buy my items without card. She has no good customer service and in fact for coming here so long I’m going to start going across the street to circle k. Thank you for the last 10 years of your business.

Stopped in to get breakfast before work, and once again there was barely any food and no signs the kitchen was running. I had to settle for a tuna salad sandwich and a fruit cup.If tuna salad wasn't bad enough at 9am (though still better than egg salad), when I opened the fruit cup, most of the grapes were going bad, and a couple were already molding.I had to post this complaint to Google, because the self checkout didn't even have receipt paper for me to get my survey code to take my complaint directly to @getgo .
