These dollar stores are always challenging finding what you want until you get used to it and usually understaffed so that it is only sporadically tidied up.

When in this store and it's not only disgusting with merchandise thrown around everywhere there was one bubble eyed cashier who's customer service skills were as rude as can be not to mention her appearance safe to say I won't be back here and technically one star is too many

The store was a mess, and the shelves were not adequately stocked. The worse part though, was that the cashier was not friendly or professional. I had to grab my own receipt and she was at work with a bonnet. YIKES 😬

Of course they are closed when supposed to be open...why build one if not going to be open when store hours clearly say they are. They open and close when they want...lol

The manager Sarah is very nasty and rude. She has no people skills whatsoever. The items ring up for higher prices than what’s on the shelf. There’s always boxes laying in the aisle. Worst family dollar in Warrensville. The one on Emery is much better.

One customer service rep was unreasonably rude and wanted me to leave my purse with them at the counter. The other was polite and helped me find the item I was looking for. Honestly done with shopping at this store chain. Prices are unreasonably high at these locations.Other stores have had mouse holes in their food boxes/bags. If I want to shop in a 3rd world country, I would fly to it.

Employees eating at the counter, one register open, the other only accepted credit or debit cards. Won't shop there again.

Went to the store on 93rd &Miles for snacks. Male Cashier told me didn't have change. So he asked the girl in charge for change. Why was she calling him the N-WORD and talked down to him. He asked her to stop calling him names and talking to him like a kid. When she couldn't get the change for him. Gave me my money back and asked me to get change and come back. I said forget that. I went to the one on Warrensville and Harvard. Great service not bad mouthing and interactive with the customer AND THEY HAD CHANGE. The one on 93rd don't ever have to worry about me coming to that store ever again!!

This store was pretty empty. It opens sporadically. The manager has a nasty attitude towards her staff and customers. I don't shop here often. I usually go to the one across from the Racino. It's way better. It has better staff and stock.
