I dont know why these companies hire people with absolutely no customer service skills.Cashiers are always cranky with very stank attitudes. The store is always cluttered with boxes but the shelves are damn near empty.Straighten up your store,get better workers.

I want to file a lawsuit!!!! Not only was I criminally profiled I also had the police called on me and my pregnant wife!!!!! From you so called assistant store managers rj, so he claimed his names to be and another young lady who wouldn’t identify her self when asked for the manager. But before hand I was talking to my wife outside the store and once she walked in the police pulled and said they had a call… never stated what the cal was for nor about. Told me I was in a fire lane and needed to move and wait from my PREGNANT WIFE away from the building. PLEASE LET ME ADD!!!! The store assistant manager came out the store to see me and my wife sitting there…. And never asked us to move and walked out the store with a rack jog and walked back onto the store…. I’m very disappointed and I have been going to the same family dollar for 3 years… yes cuz I’ve lived the same spot for longer… but thanks family dollar for failing your customers once again with disrespect and harsh actions

I win bought some things from there it was okay but they only had one line I think that they need to always have because it got busy real quick but the person that took care of me it was very nice and pleasant and I will go back there and shop again and I need to have security in that building

They are always closing up before 9pm. I went to the store on several occasions and they always closing up before 9pm. I went in January 4, 2022 and they were locked up by 830pm. The sign says 9pm so why are they closing up like 30 to 40 mins early. It's good for the people close by but when they closing up earlier than they supposed to it becomes an inconvenient for the residents..

If I could give no stars I would!!! The cashier's need customer service training!!! When exiting the store today, a sensor alarm went off. I alerted the cashier, who responded the alarm went off because of the soft sensor on the shirts. When I returned home from running errands, I noticed the magnetic sensor on the girls slippers I purchased. I immediately returned to the store and explained, I didn't have my receipt because it may have been in the trash that I threw out, but I needed to sensor removed. The cashier accused my of stealing after asking mewhat the other cashier looked like. I explained was in a rush, but the only thing I remembered was that she looked like my cousin. The cashier removed the sensor and upon my exit started talking about me to the customers in line behind me, loud enough so I can hear her, saying I should leave with my free shoes!!!! She continued accusing me of being a thief! When I returned to my vehicle, I noticed the receipt on the passenger seat. I returned to the store and the cashier was still talking about me with the next set of customers in line! When I made a comment to her, she responded that she could say anything about me that she wanted because she was not talking to me. She refused to look at my receipt as she continued talking about the slippers, that I paid for, calling me a liar. I am requesting call back as soon as possible and will write and call every day until this issue is resolved.

This store is never open on time and they always close early… the opening manager walked in at 9am but the store wasn’t open until 10:32am very ghetto

I really like this family dollar. When I go, it is never too crowded and the store is very organized. I am always greeted when I enter, and always find what I am looking for. One time , they were out of Take 5 candy bars, and I mentioned that it was my favorite candy bar and I was a little sad. The manager was behind the counter, she asked me what the and promised to order some more. Since that first conversation, they have never been out of Take 5 candy bars. This may be a small thing to some, but it meant so much to me. I prefer this family dollar over the others nearby, and it is so easy to get in and out. Definitely a hidden gem!

Basically customer service has gone out the window. They had items mismarked, but wouldn't honor what the hang tag said. She says if it's expired it's expired, that they don't have time to take out signage down, even after I offered to bring the sign to her.And then the cashier told me to put the items back on the shelf if I didn't want them. And I didn't get a receipt and was not asked to enter my phone number to utilize clipped coupons. This is only rated 1 star because system wouldn't allow No Stars. Try to keep money in the Community. I will definitely spend somewhere else!!
