We always have a great experience shopping at CVS using our ExtraCare savings coupons!
Staff is always friendly, courteous and professional!! I love that both, the location is in my neighborhood, and the hours of operation make it very convenient for us!!
We also like that our prescriptions can be filled at the Pharmacy, with affordable prices!
Overall we love our CVS!!

This CVS us in a good location taking into consideration that multiple CVS locations have closed.....
I believe that most of the staffing, especially Rx area, try to understand the current CVS situation and do their best to maintain a pleasant environment.
Since CVS has purchased OAK STREET HEALTH they need to
INCREASE the wages for Rx store employees.!!!

Waiting 30mins for the pharmacy to answer the phone, they couldn't fill the prescription that my doctor prescribed. They recommended a substitute, sent a text claiming to have reach out to my doctor and when I asked my Dr. She said she hasn't received anything from CVS. When I call CVS they told me to ask my Dr instead of taking the ph# and calling my doctor to get the fax# number themselves. I found myself playing monkey in the middle ". The CVS pharmacy on Emery has terrible customer service ? ?!!!

The Front Store is Superb.The pharmacist consultant is the Rudest,Nasty personality of a Human being I ever met.I have been a customer 25yrs.Just Relocated.I am escalating my Complaint the Corporate office the use Another Pharmacy.I see why they closing stores there is no customer in service in the Pharmacy.

For years, I have been a repeated customer. However, I will never spend another dime at CVS! I will begin shopping at Rite Aid and/or Walgreens. While shopping at CVS, I asked staff if I could use the restroom and was told no. I have used CVS’s restroom in the past and do not understand what made this time different.The female staff was nonchalant and apathetic. When I asked to speak with the manager, the female staff claimed that no manager was on staff. So, am to understand that CVS has no manager to address concerns? If so, what kind of business are you running? I will never ever patronize your business again.

I do not usually leave reviews but this just needs to be said and seen.This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The people who work there are so rude. I mean soo rude. They have no compassion there. I'd understand if it was before the fill date. This is days after that,they do not have my daughters medications filled. Not only do I call ahead of time IF I CAN EVEN GET THROUGH! WAITING ON HOLD FOR LITERALLY 45MINS. There is dates that are on the bottles that say when they should be refilled. This is the 50th time my daughter has gone without a medication because they do not pay attention to what medication it is. They filled the wrong medication that was not even due yet. Then when I call and be so patient with them even when I shouldn't be . They are so rude and disrespectful to me and they just do not even care. She's been without this medication for 5 days now and she is so sick. Im so tired of it. I will be switching pharmacies and if anyone thinks they should go there. DO NOT.

My Mom picked up a 4 pack of Ensure from the 50% off rack. The cashier said that it was placed in the wrong spot by another customer and that it was not 50% off but the big boxes of Ensure were 50%. I posted the photo of the shelf where the 50% off sign was. If the 50% off sign is all the way at the top and the only items on sale are the items at the bottom of the shelf, wouldn’t you want to make it clear for customers which items are 50% off and which ones aren’t? ?? (That’s just common sense right? Or wrong? ?) I asked the cashier why they wouldn’t differentiate between which items were on sale and which ones weren’t and she didn’t have a response. I guess it’s not a priority to keep the store in order.Sometimes the customer service is good at this location and sometimes it is not. We’re just gonna shop at the Beachwood CVS on Chagrin instead from now on.

The young lady that works in Warrensville pharmacy she’s like scared. She’s very disrespectful. I have been coming there for years. She’s been very disrespectful to me to me through the years. I just decided to pick up and say something I don’t think this young lady needs to be working there anymore. I wish other people would be very helpful than her. She’s very disrespectful. I would like for HR to know about this young lady and all the other people about this disrespectful
