Edited: My experience was definitely unique. Leo was busy when I came in to purchase my van and asked another worker if her wanted to handle it. I had my van about 4.5 months when the transmission had an issue, I purchased an extended warranty and thankful I did. The repair shop I found by reference of the warranty company found multiple issues with many parts of my van so many they required a verifier to come out to ensure that everything they were claiming was wrong with the van was in fact actually wrong. That added about 3 weeks to the entire repair process which included my transmission needing replaced, an alternator issue, coil pack issues, mounting issues for the transmission and another part and a few additional issues, my van had less then 84,000 miles on it when I purchased it and I thought I was getting a deal, aside from some minor superficial issues like the mirror in both the visors falling out. Now the van is still having issues with sensing if the lights should or should not be on, they continue to blink while I'm driving, I had to replace the windshield washer hose and sprayers within days of my purchase because they were broke and corroded. I also replaced the wipers. Now my back passenger door won't open and honestly I could go on there were a few other things I missed before my purchase that were wrong/broke or missing from the vehicle. I would definitely think twice about purchasing a vehicle here and go somewhere where the customer actually matters.
