We just checked out of this Marriott. It is very clean. Staff is awesome! Everyone is very friendly. We go to Disney a lot. They have very high standards of customer care. This Marriott is right up there with them. The ladies in the M room for breakfast were extremely nice and helpful.
Rooms: CLEAN and comfortable.
Walkability: There are several restaurants right next door.

This was a great stay. Everyone is very polite, and their attitude is like they actually are happy to have you stay here. The fromt desk folks make sure you have what you need.
The wait staff that work in the conference room are amazing. They are very responsive, and they seem to enjoy their jobs.
The bar staff are quite but awesome. They make sure that you leave happy. We'll they have to close and Noone drinking in a bar never wants it to close but they were great too.

I had a time-sensitive issue and request for the hotel, and the management handled it quickly and competently. Very high level of customer service and personal attention to my needs. Highly reccomend this hotel - their staff goes above and beyond

This hotel’s hospitality is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. We stayed here due to how close it is to the hospital and from the moment we stepped in the door everyone was so lovely, polite, helpful and accommodating. The women at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. The workers at the restaurant were so lovely and never failed to check up on us and help us with any questions we had. Faizan, the bartender, has been here almost everyday we have and he has never failed to have a smile on his face and he has been so lovely to us. The house keeping staff, specifically Alicia, were the best we have ever encountered. They were all so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. From day one Alicia left a note for us which made our day. We have never had such a good experience as we have had here. This is a great place to stay and I will be recommending it to as many people as I can. Thank you all for such an amazing stay.
I wish I could rate it higher but I guess we are stuck with just 5 stars.
Rooms: Rooms were great. Best house keeping staff and everything was easily accessible.
Food & drinks: Food and drinks were amazing. Best fries I have ever had. Great little gift shop for snacks.

Stayed at the Marriott Cleveland East from 6/20 through 6/24/24. The customer service was AMAZING! Ashley, Corieon (sp?), Rick, Jere, and the rest of the staff were pleasant, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and all of the other adjectives that describe WORLD CLASS customer service! This is my 3rd year staying there (with the OMU Conference), and each year gets better and better!
Rooms: Comfortable, spacious, clean
Safety: Late night security was active and actually patrolled the premises.
