Very rude. Walked in 20 minutes prior to close and the lady behind the counter immediately tells us she is closing in 5 minutes. My girlfriend was looking for an item that OHLQ said was fully in stock. She tells us without hesitation that they don't have it. And wouldn't you know, they sure did. My girlfriend found it and she played it down by saying she didn't know why the system said that. (she didn't even look in the system.)

It use to be a nice liquor spot but since management changed the black women who work in there are rude . The customer service is horrible. When I walked in today, no simple greeting and they looked at me as if I was bothering them or I’m about to steal something. Especially the woman in the pink shirt today. If you hate your job just quit .I miss the old management.

One of the absolute worst experiences of customer service I have ever encountered in my 57 years on the planet. Hopefully the person I encountered is not the owner as she states she is. Please go back and watch the tape of our encounter and maybe I’ll pull this review down.There are plenty of options out there , this should not be one of them.

Let me start off by saying I really try to avoid going to liquor stores. I'll go to a grocery store and get my spirits before I go to a stand alone liquor store. This store however is clean, any time I've been there isnt a large crowd , it just doesnt trigger my anxiety. It's a safe, clean, and friendly environment. I can come in, get my bottle, and leave without all the extra stuff that happens at some other stores . Best of all , its right around the corner from me . Very convenient!

Sooo happy that I found this spot! They have specific wine that I've been searching for and they were willing to order it if they did not. They also are a full liquor store with all that you want/need, including hard to find bourbon

My husband and I stopped in on a shopping trip to Cleveland. We are originally from Texas but are moving north and my husband is a scotch collector so we like to stop into smaller liquor stores to check them out. Greg, the owner, was really knowledgeable and friendly and the customer service provided by him and his team were great. They took care of us and we really felt valued as customers. When we visit family again, we will 100% be back.

Great price selection, great people and honestly best proprietors of booze this side of Cleveland.I'd rather drive 30 min to the store then go 10 min to the corner liquor by my house which says allot.
